Job Summary:
\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of corporate real estate, workplace transformation, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational standards while maintaining strong governance, quality, and HSE compliance.<\/p>\n
This role combines project execution excellence with robust control and frameworks to enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and workplace transformation projects.
\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
\nOversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project scope and standards.
\nPrepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
\nReview vendor proposals and ensure cost efficiency.
\nMonitor cost performance and identify savings opportunities.
\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards.
\nConduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
\nstablish project governance frameworks and reporting structures.
\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
\nDefine and enforce quality standards across all project phases.
\nConduct inspections to ensure project outputs meet expectations.
\nSupport procurement processes and contractor selection.
\nManage vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or related field
\n\u2022 Minimum of 8\u201312 years\u2019 experience in project management, preferably in corporate real estate, oil & gas, or large-scale facilities environments
\n\u2022 Strong experience in cost control, HSE management, and project frameworks
