Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, develop proposals, negotiate terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business Development &amp; Relationship Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advise on strategic direction for businesses and generate new businesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing relevant strategic partnerships and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, service providers and relevant bodies including regulatory agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating marketing strategies and coordinating marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client prospecting, negotiating and consummating all relevant contracts for operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leadership &amp; Supervisory<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading and supervising employees to ensure productivity, efficiency of operations and providing direction on best practices while maintaining clients\u2019 satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training, monitoring employee performance, and conducting regular evaluations to help improve overall performance.
