Key Responsibilities:
\u2022Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
\u2022Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
\u2022Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
\u2022Ensure tax compliance and coordinate statutory filings with regulatory bodies.
\u2022Supervise audit processes and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
\u2022Implement and improve internal controls, risk management, and financial policies.
\u2022Provide strategic financial insights to management and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
\u2022Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
\u20228\u201312 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles.
\u2022ACA (ICAN certification) is required.
\u2022Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and Nigerian financial regulations.
\u2022Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
\u2022Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
