Responsibilities:

\u2022 Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for internal and client-based roles.
\u2022 Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
\u2022 Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and support hiring managers.

\u2022 Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation in line with company policies.
\u2022 Handle employee payroll input, leave management, and benefits administration.
\u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

\u2022 Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
\u2022 Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
\u2022 Organize periodic staff check-ins and performance appraisals.

\u2022 Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal standards.
\u2022 Monitor adherence to HR policies across the organization and recommend improvements.
\u2022 Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting HR functions.

Job Requirements:
\u2022 B.Sc. \/HND in Human Resources or related discipline
\u2022 Experience as a HR Officer in a consulting firm<\/p>\n\n\n\n
