To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water treatment industry (industrial, commercial, residential, or municipal), establish strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
– Identify and engage potential clients in relevant sectors (e.g. Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Real Estate, Government etc).
– Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client acquisition.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, and stakeholders.
– Stay informed of market trends, emerging sectors, and partnership opportunities.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
– Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations for client needs.
– Support the negotiation and closing of commercial offers.
– Participate in site visits, client meetings and exhibitions

Requirements
– A Bachelors degree minimum. ( Science related degree can be an advantage).
– Proven track record in B2B sales.
– 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development (preferably in the industrial sector).
– Proven ability to generate leads through cold calls, referrals, digital platforms and networking.
– Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
– Ability to draft and present compelling proposals and value propositions.
– Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of producing professional business reports.
– Highly adaptable and able to lead or collaborate within fast-paced teams.
– Comfortable with frequent local travels and client-facing engagements.

Remuneration
– Competitive and commensurate with experience
– Commission: 5% on net profit from closed deals
