The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business goals of the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategic HR Leadership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on all HR related matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.<br>Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administer the company&#8217;s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation levels to attract and retain top talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Compliance &amp;
