We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Assistant to support our client. This role requires a combination of administrative support, sales acumen, email marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> Job Qualifications:<\/strong>
\u2022 Support the client in brainstorming, researching, and developing innovative concepts and projects.
\u2022 Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget by developing schedules, setting deadlines, and tracking milestones, and providing regular updates.
\u2022 Manage the client\u2019s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
\u2022 Maintain an organized workflow for all projects, including files and correspondence, and create efficient systems for tracking project status and deadlines.
\u2022 Craft compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives action which includes newsletters.
\u2022 Develop, design and manage email campaigns for promotions, sales, and customer engagement.
\u2022 Manage and track marketing and sales projects to ensure timely completion.
\u2022 Ensure all written materials are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand\u2019s voice and overall outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant
\u2022 Proficiency in sales and marketing.
\u2022 Exceptional writing and editing skills.
\u2022 Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact and HubSpot).
\u2022 Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
\u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

\u2022 Ability to work independently and initiative driven
