Our client in the Hospitality sector is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to manage their financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, preferably in the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
\u2022 Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets.
\u2022 Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
\u2022 Reconcile bank statements and manage financial records for audits.
\u2022 Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit necessary financial documents.
\u2022 Process payroll and employee benefits accurately and on time.
\u2022 Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
\u2022 Work closely with management to develop financial strategies for cost-saving and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\u2022 3-5years of experience in an accounting or finance role
\u2022 Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
\u2022 Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\u2022 Good organizational and time management skills.
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
