Our client in the Food and Agriculture industry is seeking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including leads, referrals, and research.
\u2022 Initiate contact with prospective customers, present products or services, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
\u2022 Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
\u2022 Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
\u2022 Achieve and maintain sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
\u2022 Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to address specific requirements.
\u2022 Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
\u2022 Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
\u2022 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
\u2022 Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
\u2022 Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
\u2022 Gather feedback from customers to inform product\/service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business or a related field
\u2022 Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
\u2022 Excellent knowledge of MS Office
\u2022 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
