{"id":6540,"date":"2025-01-15T22:12:06","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T22:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bdgmatrix.com\/jobportal\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=6540"},"modified":"2025-01-15T22:12:08","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T22:12:08","slug":"digital-marketing-strategist-event-assistant","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bdgmatrix.com\/jobportal\/job\/digital-marketing-strategist-event-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Marketing Strategist\/ Event Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist\/ Event Assistant to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions, for social media and email marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare event documents, such as banquet event orders, event timelines, and event agendas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with event setup, registration, and teardown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in promoting events through social media, email marketing, and other channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research, recommend, and coordinate with external vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audio-visual technicians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in brainstorming and developing event concepts, themes, and objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel, restaurant, and bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and schedule social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and online ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions, for social media and email marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and send targeted email campaigns to promote events, offers, and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights for future campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the hotel&#8217;s website and online presence<br>Qualifications:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2-3 years of experience in event planning, digital marketing, or a related field<br>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field<br>\u2022 Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills<br>\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<br>\u2022 Proficient in digital marketing tools, such as social media management software and email marketing platforms<br>\u2022 Familiarity with event management software and online event registration tools<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":32,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[62],"job_listing_category":[91],"job_listing_location":[124],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-6540","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-sales-marketing","job_listing_location-lagos-nigeria"],"aioseo_notices":[],"metas":{"_job_logo":"","_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_filled":"","_job_expiry_date":"","_job_category":{"91":"Sales &amp;
