Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Officer to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals, and in compliance with labour laws.
\u2022 Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
\u2022 Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
\u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
\u2022 Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
\u2022 Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
\u2022 Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
\u2022 Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
\u2022 Update internal databases with new hire information
\u2022 Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
\u2022 Manage Outsourced staff and coordinate attendance
\u2022 Employee Relations and leave management.
\u2022 Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management and vendor relationships.
\u2022 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\u2022 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
\u2022 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
\u2022 HR Certification is an added advantage (CIPM, HRCI)
