The aim is to drive the organization\u2019s digital presence, engagement, and success by developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
\u2022 Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
\u2022 Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
\u2022 Managing and maintaining clients’ social media presence across various platforms, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
\u2022 Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to monitor and analyze data related to website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.
\u2022 Monitor SEO\/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
\u2022 Build strong client\u2019s relationships through social media interaction
\u2022 Keep up to date with our audience\u2019s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
\u2022 Identify the most effective digital channels, platforms, and tactics to achieve the desired outcomes.
\u2022 Gather data and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
\u2022 Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This includes activities such as identifying the most suitable ad platforms, setting campaign objectives, defining target audiences, creating creative ads, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators.
\u2022 Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to stay ahead of the curve.
\u2022 Analyze data, trends, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance. Present findings to management, communicating the rationale behind their strategies and suggesting adjustments based on performance metrics and changing market conditions.

Requisite Qualification and Experience:
\u2022 At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Strategist.
\u2022 A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is typically preferred. Some organizations may also consider candidates with equivalent work experience or additional certifications.
\u2022 A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. This includes knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising platforms.
\u2022 Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Experience in interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
