We are looking to hire a waiter who will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. You will greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and bar area
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they arrive, present menus, and assist with any questions about food and beverage options.
\u2022 Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings with drinks or wines.
\u2022 Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
\u2022 Deliver food and beverages to the guests\u2019 table efficiently, ensuring the order is correct and meets the restaurant\u2019s presentation standards.
\u2022 Respond to customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate any issues to the manager when necessary.
\u2022 Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drinks are delivered to the right tables promptly.
\u2022 Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
\u2022 Minimum of 2years experience as a Waiter<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\u2022 Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
