We are looking to hire a waiter who will ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. You will greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and bar area

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they arrive, present menus, and assist with any questions about food and beverage options.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings with drinks or wines.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages to the guests’ table efficiently, ensuring the order is correct and meets the restaurant’s presentation standards.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate any issues to the manager when necessary.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drinks are delivered to the right tables promptly.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
• Minimum of 2years experience as a Waiter

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
