Our Client in the hospitality industry is Seeking to hire a skilled Head Chef with a passion for cooking and attention to detail.Must excel in a high-paced kitchen, think entrepreneurially, and work collaboratively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Food Preparation: Assist in cooking high-quality dishes.
– Kitchen Management: Supervise staff, ensure tasks are done to high standards.
– Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
– Work with other Head Chef on new menu items.
– Compliance: Ensure kitchen operations meet safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS :
– Experience: Head Chef experience or similar.
– Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
– Skills: Culinary expertise, leadership, multitasking, attention to detail.
