Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales officer who will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, developing new business opportunities, managing campaigns, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of brand positioning in a competitive market.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activities are categorized into two (2) key areas:
Market Research and Analysis
Business Development & Relationship Management
Market Research and Analysis
– Perform detailed market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.
– Analyze competitor’s strengths and weaknesses to develop strategies that give our company a competitive edge.
– Drive awareness through new channels, campaigns, and proactive marketing activities.
– Monitor and report on emerging trends in Business Consulting, Cleaning Services, and Catering & Procurement.
– Create and apply marketing strategy to promote the company’s services. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, develop proposals, negotiate terms.
Business Development & Relationship Management
– Advise on strategic direction for businesses and generate new businesses.
– Establishing relevant strategic partnerships and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, service providers and relevant bodies including regulatory agencies.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
– Creating marketing strategies and coordinating marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and business growth.
– Client prospecting, negotiating and consummating all relevant contracts for operations.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 4-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
