Job Description
The HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This individual will play a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on all HR related matters.
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues. - Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation levels to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports to management and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or other relevant HR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
