Job Summary
The aim is to drive the organization’s digital presence, engagement, and success by developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
• Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
• Managing and maintaining clients’ social media presence across various platforms, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to monitor and analyze data related to website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
• Build strong client’s relationships through social media interaction
• Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Identify the most effective digital channels, platforms, and tactics to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Gather data and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This includes activities such as identifying the most suitable ad platforms, setting campaign objectives, defining target audiences, creating creative ads, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze data, trends, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance. Present findings to management, communicating the rationale behind their strategies and suggesting adjustments based on performance metrics and changing market conditions.

Requisite Qualification and Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Strategist.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is typically preferred. Some organizations may also consider candidates with equivalent work experience or additional certifications.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. This includes knowledge of various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Experience in interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.
