Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving property sales and partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Driving new business acquisition and Revenue growth with the Business Lead on some of the organisation’s key growth initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Solutions, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate new business opportunities at scale
- Be the main communicator of the organisation’s value proposition to clients
- Develop, manage and constantly improve on your personal lead generation through proactive networking via digital and face-to-face channels and events
- Negotiating contract terms and closing deals in line with company targets and policies
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progression, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential Partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Experience in HR and recruitment roles, with a strong understanding of best practices and employment legislation.
- A confident communicator with gravitas, able to sell consultatively and tailor converting solutions for prospects
- Proficient in relevant software/applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Sales Navigator, etc
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience developing strong working relationships both inside and outside of the organisation
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with experience learning quickly about new technologies
- Must thrive in working with multidisciplinary teams, including but not limited to product, technology, legal, sales, and marketing
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements
- Comfortable engaging with major client decision-makers, as well as senior executives and leaders, either in one-on-one or small group presentations.
