Project & Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project & Assurance Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of corporate real estate, workplace transformation, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with organizational standards while maintaining strong governance, quality, and HSE compliance.

This role combines project execution excellence with robust control and assurance frameworks to enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and workplace transformation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project scope and standards.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
Review vendor proposals and ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor cost performance and identify savings opportunities.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
stablish project governance frameworks and reporting structures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Define and enforce quality standards across all project phases.
Conduct inspections to ensure project outputs meet expectations.
Support procurement processes and contractor selection.
Manage vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in project management, preferably in corporate real estate, oil & gas, or large-scale facilities environments
• Strong experience in cost control, HSE management, and project assurance frameworks
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, PRINCE2) are an advantage
