Operations Manager

Job Description

Plan, direct, and oversee all cleaning operations across sites to ensure high service standards, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and chemicals, to achieve operational targets and cost efficiency.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate cleaning staff and supervisors to build a high-performing and accountable team.
Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor daily activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all operations.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Manage client relationships, promptly address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance productivity and service quality.
