Job Description
The Ideal Candidate should have strong experience in administrative assistance, with expertise in office management and communication.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative assistance or office management
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
– Familiarity with communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Meets)
– Strong time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
– Manage digital filing systems and databases
– Schedule and coordinate meetings
– Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Handle professional correspondence and provide support to executive-level staff
– Monitor task/project progress and ensure timely completion
– Conduct online research and summarize findings
– Coordinate virtual events and webinars
