Job Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and execute our brand’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in travel knowledge and interior design (at least 60% travel-related expertise) and the ability to create engaging content that showcases our travel experiences and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
– Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our travel experiences and destinations.
– Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
2. Content Creation:
– Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, captions) that showcases our travel experiences and destinations, leveraging your in-depth travel knowledge.
– Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to produce compelling content.
– Incorporate brand colors and visual identity elements consistently across all content.
3. Brand Color Expertise:
– Ensure consistent application of brand colors across all social media platforms.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand’s visual identity and apply it to all content.
4. Social Media Management:
– Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
5. Community Building:
– Grow and engage our online community by creating and implementing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
– Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach and build relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Cross-Subsidiary Collaboration:
– Work closely with our interior design/decor and furniture companies, and food box services to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
– Develop content that showcases the intersection of travel and our other subsidiaries (e.g., destination-inspired decor, travel-friendly furniture, local food experiences).

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
– Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing online communities.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, including algorithm changes and best practices.
– Excellent writing, photography, and video production skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
