Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Officer to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions in our consulting firm. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and HR operations. Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for internal and client-based roles.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and support hiring managers.
🔹 HR Operations
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation in line with company policies.
• Handle employee payroll input, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Organize periodic staff check-ins and performance appraisals.
🔹 Policy & Compliance
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal standards.
• Monitor adherence to HR policies across the organization and recommend improvements.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting HR functions.
🔹 Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to support continuous learning and upskilling.
Job Requirements:
• B.Sc. /HND in Human Resources or related discipline
• Experience as a HR Officer in a consulting firm
