Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote company products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, print).
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, budgets, and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company presence.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and brand identity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing techniques, including digital marketing and SEO.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on market insights.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
