Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Officer to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals, and in compliance with labour laws.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
• Manage Outsourced staff and coordinate attendance
• Employee Relations and leave management.
• Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• HR Certification is an added advantage (CIPM, HRCI)
• 2 – 4 years relevant HR experience
