Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Benin (2015–2021), with a strong foundation in business principles and educational practices. Over the years, I have honed my skills in customer service and management, and I have also gained professional expertise as a Virtual Assistant.”
In addition to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education, I completed an 8-week Virtual Assistant course with ALX from September to November. During this program, I learned and practiced time management, email and calendar management, file organization, online research, and customer support. I also gained proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office. which enhanced my ability to deliver efficient and professional support.
